Today, Jason LeGrand is working on a college campus, and it was his time at Southeast that steered him in that direction. Now he is giving back so future students will be able to experience the same level of commitment and passion he developed at Southeast.

husband, Neil, are continuing that support through endowed scholarships. Having
both attended the University, the Dougans know the difference a Southeast
education can make. |

More than 100 health care professionals as well
as students and administrators from Southeast Missouri State University joined
together March 31for dinner and a program to “Explore Health Care Education at Southeast.”
The purpose was to showcase the successes of the Southeast students and programs in the areas of biomedical science (pre-med, pre-dental, pre-pharmacy), nursing, dietetics, communication disorders, and exercise sciences, as well as to identify collaborative efforts to provide experiential learning opportunities for Southeast students.
